Hi,

I created Time Medicine as a way to bring healing to all of us who feel burnt out, numbed out, exhausted and disconnected, especially during this time in Earth’s history.

I was inspired by everything happening in the world right now to create a place for learning creative strategies and having magical experiences of slowing down and calming down so that we can connect more.

Connecting more, we begin to heal from painfully imposed and embodied limitations. We leave the flatworld of concepts, categories, and deadly divisions. We enter the animated roundworld where continuity is the only sane paradigm and improvisation and adaptation are the successful strategies.

Time Medicine is a gentle and practical reminder that no matter how limited our circumstances, we always have the capacity to engage the world more fully, to discover more wisdom, and to love each other more freely.

A little more about me. I’m the spiritual director of Jaya Kula, a 501(c)3 nonprofit spiritual organization headquartered in Berkeley, California.

Some ways I engage with this alive, aware world are divination, Jyotish, Ayurveda, and practicing and teaching in the traditions of Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen. I’m a devotee of Anandamayi Ma and a disciple of the roundworld.

Lots of love, Shambhavi

Thank you.

Thanks to each of our Allies for donating their time and wisdom and creativity to help make this site wonderful. Thanks also to Gerald MacKenzie Castro, coder extraordinaire, for taking good care of all the under-the-hood stuff.
